This program has been designed as a leadership lab where students bring real leadership challenges they are currently experiencing and work through them together in a collaborative and supportive environment.Unlike a traditional workshop, the sessions focus on practical leadership development through discussion, reflection, peer learning, and problem-solving. We believe this will be especially valuable for students leading clubs, managing teams, organising events, and navigating the responsibilities that come with student leadership.Each session includes:• Anonymous submission of real leadership challenges• Peer prioritisation and discussion• Collaborative reflection and practical action strategies• Networking with other student leaders across º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ
